Please read these terms carefully before placing an order. By using our website and buying from us, you agree to these terms.

How your order is placed and accepted

When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy. We will send you an email confirming we have received your order. A binding contract is formed only when we send you a dispatch confirmation email. If we cannot fulfil your order, for example because an item is out of stock or there was a pricing error, we will contact you and give you a full refund.

Prices and payment

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and, where applicable, include VAT. Delivery costs are shown separately before you complete your order.

We take reasonable care to make sure prices are correct. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered, we will contact you and give you the option to continue at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

Payment is taken securely through our payment providers. We do not store your full card details. Your order will be processed once payment is received.

Product information and fitment

We take care to describe and picture our products accurately. Please note that colours may vary slightly depending on your screen, and images are for illustration.

Many parts fit specific models, years, and variants. We strongly recommend you check the fitment details, part numbers, and your own vehicle before ordering, and contact us if you are unsure. We are always happy to help confirm fitment before you buy.

This fitment guidance is advice to help you order the right part. It does not affect your legal rights, including your right to cancel or your rights if goods are faulty, which are set out below.

Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within [1 to 2] business days. Estimated delivery times are [3 to 5] working days for UK orders and vary for international orders. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and delays can happen with the carrier.

Risk in the goods passes to you when they are delivered to the address you gave us.

International customers may be responsible for any import duties, customs charges, or local taxes, unless stated otherwise at the point of sale. Please check your local rules before ordering.

Your right to cancel (change of mind)

If you are a consumer, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

To cancel, tell us clearly within that 14 day period, by email at info@gbmotoparts.co.uk or by phone, that you wish to cancel. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods to us.

The goods must be returned unused and in their original condition and packaging. You are responsible for the cost of return postage for a change of mind return. We recommend using a tracked service, as you are responsible for the goods until they reach us.

We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the goods back, or of you providing proof that you have sent them, whichever is sooner. We will refund the price of the goods and the standard delivery cost. We may reduce your refund to reflect any loss in value if the goods have been handled more than was necessary to check them.

Some items may be excluded from this right, such as products made or personalised to your specification. We will make any such exclusion clear before you order.

Faulty, damaged, or incorrect goods

Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are separate from and additional to the cancellation right above. Goods we sell must be of satisfactory quality, fit for their purpose, and as described.

If an item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, or if we send you the wrong item, please contact us within a reasonable time. You may be entitled to a full refund if you let us know within 30 days of receiving the goods, or otherwise to a repair or replacement. In these cases we will also cover the cost of returning the item to us.

Please contact us at info@gbmotoparts.co.uk with your order number and, where possible, photographs of the issue, so we can put it right quickly.

How to return an item

To start a return, contact us at info@gbmotoparts.co.uk or on +44 7424 957797 with your order number. We will confirm the return address and the next steps. Please do not send items back without contacting us first, so we can make sure your return is handled properly.

Trade and business customers

If you are buying as a business rather than as a consumer, the consumer cancellation right and certain consumer protections do not apply. Business sales are subject to separate terms. Please contact us to discuss trade and bulk orders.

Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited or excluded under law, including your statutory rights as a consumer.

Subject to that, we are not liable for any loss that was not reasonably foreseeable, or for losses connected with your business if you buy as a business. Our total liability to a consumer for any claim will not exceed the price paid for the goods.

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill.

Events beyond our control

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as carrier delays, extreme weather, or supply problems. If such an event happens, we will contact you and do what we reasonably can to reduce any delay.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your own country.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one published on this page when you place it.
